Management Opportunities
We have opportunities in Mt. Vernon, IL
As a Manager at one of our company-operated locations, you'll work with a minimum of two other salaried managers to oversee restaurant operations. You'll help control and achieve the restaurant's sales and profit plan, increase guest counts, and coach employees to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You'll also support brand standards and corporate initiatives, and attract, hire, train, and develop hourly employees and new Restaurant Managers. We have openings for Restaurant Managers.

You must possess two years of leadership experience in a customer-facing industry to qualify for this position or have a degree in hospitality or restaurant/hotel management. You should have a solid business acumen, great communication skills, be disciplined and flexible, and have the ability to lead in a fast-paced restaurant.
