JOB DETAILS:

High volume sales Agent needed in Cleveland, TN - Seeking a closer with a desire to make a difference.

In this high profile role, you will have a hand in outside sales, client relationship management, and recruiting.

Are you a "top gun" sales person looking for your next challenge?
Can you take a database of prospects and turn them into clients?
Do you enjoy tackling problems and helping in the design and delivery of solutions?

Our Agents work with both clients and talent, consultatively selling Randstad's staffing solutions while finding, coaching, and developing talent for the right positions. You put the pieces together.

A typical week includes:

- Building, managing, qualifying, and maintaining a portfolio of clients and prospective clients that are aligned with your market's strategy.
- Building top of mind awareness through effective phone calls and in-person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the client.
- Effectively recruiting, interviewing, retaining, coaching and developing Talent (temporary employees), understanding their needs and helping them meeting their professional goals.
- Marketing your talents' skills, knowledge and abilities to the right companies so that you can make the best match for the Client and the Talent.
- Consistently exceeding both the Client's and Talent's expectations of service by following Randstad's Operational Standards and offering innovative and creative employment solutions.
- Working with your unit partner to effectively manage the profitability of your business including volume, pricing, and management of days sales outstanding (DSO).

Successful candidates will have:

- The accountability to deliver positive, measurable results.
- The accountability to collaborate on a team with excellence, dignity and respect.
- A history of proven success in sales, customer service or recruiting.
- The desire to work in a team-focused environment.

- A minimum of two years of business experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.

NOTE: All new Agents are required to attend a week-long, all expenses paid, group training event in Atlanta, GA.
